International Journal of Vocational Education (IJORVED), formerly African journal of Vocational Education is a peer-reviewed Publication of the Department of Vocational Education, University of Calabar, Calabar. Members of the Editorial Board of the Journal are seasoned Professionals with International reputation in research and teaching with dynamism and innovativeness in developing and assessing topical issues in vocational and technical education.

Submissions are invited on contemporary global issues In Vocational education and cognate programmes, in other Fields of education, agriculture, business, entreprenueurship, home economics, humanities, social sciences and other areas of focus for national development and global competitiveness. Submissions will be accepted For possible inclusion in this edition till 30th march 2020.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

YOUR PAPER SHOULD FOLLOW THE GUIDE LINES BELOW:
Opinion/theoretical, papers/reviews should include title, abstract with key words, introduction, the main body of the paper with Sub-headings, final thoughts (including conclusions/recommendations) and references, empirical papers Should include title, abstract with key words, introduction (including development of the Problem, (describe the problem), literature (submerged), statement of the purpose Of the investigation, specific objectives, research questions and hypothesis, methods (description of participants and the procedure used To conduct the investigation), results analysis and discussion/report of the findings (with statistical significant levels), summary (interpretations and Implicatrion of the result) and references.

GENERAL NOTE
The paper must be in compliance with APA (6TH Edition). Title of paper should not be more than 23 words, followed by the name of author(s) in the order of first name, middle name or initial name and surname, institutional affiliation and email address, abstract of not more than 150 words (single line spacing) and not less than four Keywords. The main paper should not be less than 12 Pages and not more than 16 pages in Times New Roman, 12 font Size, typed on one side of the paper. The hard copy of completed papers should be submitted in Triplicate to the Editor-in-Chief, International Journal of Vocational Education, Department of Vocational Education, Faculty of Education, University of Calabar. The electronic copy should be sent to the mail ijorved@ijorved.com. Submitted articles should be accompanied with evidence of Payment of N5000 on initial submission of the paper. Reviewed Papers will be sent back to the authors in hard or electornic copies as the case may be. Once such papers are accepted for publication, authors of the papers will be required to effect the necessary corrections as indicated and resend the reviewed copy together with author corrected copies to the Editor-in-Chief on payment of N20,000 (twenty thousand naira) publication fee with evidence of payment.
